We will have 59 villas which will all be architecturally designed and our villas stand out for their design and individuality.
This is very evident when you drive into the village.
We will not be a large village but that adds to the appeal.
Our villas are spacious both in the two bedroom current villas at 118sqm to the three bedroom villas at 180sqm.
We supply everything from the soft furnishings to the fridge, microwave, electric fire, heat pump, Televison, washing machine and dryer. Just move your furniture in.

WE HAVE A CHRISTMAS FETE AT THE VILLAGE ON THE 12TH DECEMBER 2019 TO HELP FUND RAISE FOR SELWYN CENTRAL COMMUNITY CARE. IT IS A GOLD COIN GATE ENTRY. 

WE HAVE A GREAT VARIETY OF STALLS IDEAL FOR CHRISMAS GIFTS OR FOR YOURSELF. 

COME AND MAKE AN OUTING OF IT & HAVE A COFFEE AND SOME LUNCH. SEATING AVAILABLE.
