Settlers Albany Lifestyle Village offers an idyllic lifestyle on Auckland’s desirable North Shore. Our peaceful grounds are within walking distance of the Old Albany Village and the Albany Mega Centre. Browns Bay beach and shops are only a 5-10 minute drive! Settlers’ prime location gives easy access to motorways and Auckland transport systems. By motorway it’s only 10 minutes to the North Shore Golf Course or 20 minutes to Takapuna.

Settlers Village is set in landscaped grounds, overlooking Lucas Creek and native bush reserve. Designed by Babbage Architects, all our spacious homes feature heat pumps, under-tile heating and private balconies.
Our townhouses are either two or three bedrooms, each with a garage. Our apartments are one, two or three bedroom dwellings, with basement parking.
A village nurse is on site 24/7. All dwellings have a 24-hour emergency response alarm and CCTV monitors are on all buildings and entrance areas.

Settlers Albany has top class facilities for sports, hobbies and activities. Craft Room Yes Our Craft room is in the Lodge. Residents with a variety of talents enjoy sharing time to create, up-skill or learn a new hobby. Perfect to catch up with other residents. A "Blokes Shed" is also situated in the Lodge.
Library Yes Settlers library comprises an extensive range of books, DVD's & games. Free Wi-Fi is accessible by residents within The Lodge facility. There are also two computers and a printer for use by residents.
Games Room Yes Full size pool & snooker tables are situated adjacent to The Avenues Lounge, the area utilised by the art club, also for table tennis, line dancing and darts. Tucked away is a comfortable chess nook with another large screen TV (with Sky).
Chapel No A Chapel Service run by residents is on the morning of the last Sunday of every month in our movie theatre. We also have two Justices of the Peace residing at the Village.
Lounges Yes There is a large lounge area together with dining facilities on the Ground level of "The Lodge" together a couple of designated smaller lounge areas which include large screen televisions (again with free Sky).
Gardens Yes Set in 12 acres of park like grounds backing onto the historic Kell Park Settlers' gardens are maintained by our own professional and dedicated gardening team.
Sprinklers Yes FIRE SPRINKLERS are in all internal communal areas and every dwelling. Fire drills are held regularly and nominated residents act as Fire Wardens.

In creating a first class village Settlers’ architects'
Babbage and Co have made a point of designing
homes to accommodate every need, want and
personality. You will be spoilt for choice!
Bathroom layouts have been carefully considered and
are state of the art. Each and every apartment has a
deck and all two and three bedroom apartments come
with a secure under cover car park.
All but one of our popular one bedroom apartments
are located within the Ingham Building which has
the advantage of under cover access via an atrium to
the Lodge and all its facilities.
Joseph and Kaipatiki buildings. Newly completed
Joseph and Kaipatiki Apartments comprise 20 and 40
apartments respectively. Once again there is a huge
variety of two and three bedroom configurations
ranging in size between 84m2 and 147m2 (excluding
balcony), the majority of which include both an ensuite
and full separate bathroom, however, to meet demand
there are a limited number of two bedroom dwellings
with an ensuite and a separate toilet. There is surely a
configuration and setting to satisfy everyone.
Settlers Village also has eight Townhouse buildings
which contain up to seven individual dwellings, three
on patio level, three on road level and a penthouse.
The point of difference between an Apartment and
a Townhouse is that the Townhouses come with their
own single garage. If you have your sights set on a
Townhouse please request to be placed on our wait list
for the next one that becomes available.

Public Transport 2.00 km We have a bus stop almost at the gate and we are also only a short drive to the Albany Park and Ride.
Shops   Short stroll to the old Albany Village.
Mall 2.00 km Very close to the Albany Mega Centre Shopping Centre Mall. Our Village Bus takes a trip twice a week to the Mall for shopping / groceries or a coffee.
Parks   Short stroll to Kell Park and local walks. A walking group has been organised and villagers get good exercise exploring the beautiful paths and tracks tucked away around Albany.
