Visitors as usual (but not if you're unwell or recently returned from overseas)
Ultimate Care Rose Lodge is an intimate, calm, peaceful and welcoming aged care residence nestled in the heart of Invercargill, ‘The City of Water and Light’. We are lively and diverse and believe in honouring the uniqueness of each of our residents, their choices, experiences, stories and spirits all of which make up who they are.

Rose Lodge Village has 10 one and two bedroom independent sunny villas available with 24-hour medical support for peace of mind. We also have a visiting hearing aid clinic, physiotherapist, a hairdresser and podiatrist. We are very family friendly, we have open-ended visiting hours and a hands-on management team who are available to help both residents and their families.

To make sure our residents stay active and engaged, we run an integrated activities programme across the facility that also includes van outings.

For continium of care we also have a care facility onsite which overlooks a lovely garden setting.

NOTE: The Retirement Villages Act 2003 (The Act) is designed to provide improved protection for people who ‘buy’ into a retirement village. If you intend to ‘purchase’ you must get independent legal advice before signing your occupation right agreement as required under The Act. Some Retirement Village type facilities are not required to register under The Act so different legal requirements apply. Please make sure you investigate fully.

In some villages there may be some Retirement Village units that have multiple uses e.g. a Serviced Apartment may also be used as a Residential Care Suite. The same unit may therefore show in several places on Eldernet.
