The Croft Residential Aged Care Rest Home (or The Croft as it is known locally) is a modern, purpose built facility on one of Timaru’s most well known historical sites, The Croft Complex at 12 Park Lane. The Croft Home enjoys a park-like setting amongst mature trees and well established gardens, commanding some of the best mountain to sea views that Timaru has to offer, with stunning vistas of the Southern Alps.

As with all our facilities, residents from all backgrounds and cultures are warmly welcomed to share this next phase of their life with us at the Croft Home. Our caring team do all we can to help residents and families experience a positive transition, welcoming family input into helping residents settle into their new home.

NOTE: The Retirement Villages Act 2003 (The Act) is designed to provide improved protection for people who ‘buy’ into a retirement village. If you intend to ‘purchase’ you must get independent legal advice before signing your occupation right agreement as required under The Act. Some Retirement Village type facilities are not required to register under The Act so different legal requirements apply. Please make sure you investigate fully.

In some villages there may be some Retirement Village units that have multiple uses e.g. a Serviced Apartment may also be used as a Residential Care Suite. The same unit may therefore show in several places on Eldernet.
