The Anchorage Village owned and operated by property development firm Hopper Developments have begun construction of a 200+ unit Retirement Village at Marsden Cove, Northland.

Accommodation options include apartments, villa’s and attached townhouses. Some will be located directly on the canal waterfront. Shared facilities such as pool, bowling greens, common rooms, restaurant and more are also planned for The Anchorage Village .

The first 14 Villas are completed the only a limited number still available. The next stage of building includes another 8 quadplex villas. The new quadplex, 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom villas will begin construction early 2019, expression of interest are being taken now.

The Village will accommodate the needs of the active retiree in the 60+ age bracket (spouse may be younger) and will deliver retirement living unlike anything else available in Northland. Residents will be able to enjoy amenities that offer a range of social activities with the added benefit of a unique waterfront outlook enabling boating, swimming and many other water activities.

The Anchorage is located near the Marina, adjacent to the stage 2 canal network and Lock. The main shopping village of Ruakaka is only 5 minutes drive away complete with a medical centre, bank, postal services and supermarket.
