This established village offers a mix of villas, apartments, and serviced apartments and is home for more than 200 residents. The village centre is at the heart of Summerset at Aotea. It’s home to a range of wonderful communal facilities, including our very own Divine café, pool and spa, hair salon, resident bar, library and much more. Homes in the village centre include serviced apartments and a range of living options in our care centre. One of the benefits of living in a Summerset village is knowing that should your needs change, a range of care options are available to you (subject to availability).
