Our 2-bedroom villas have ample parking, storage and your own garden area, so you can completely keep your independence. We also have studio and 1-bedroom apartments which include some service benefits. All are within a gated, secure property that is surrounded by beautiful gardens on a flat site, adjacent to our sister care home, Avondale Lifecare.
You'll love our facilities and our incredibly affordable pricing. Studios start from $320,000, 1-bed apartments from $385,000 and 2-bed villas from $720,000 (with no extra garage licence fees). Weekly fees vary but start from $132 p/w.
We want you to enjoy your senior years in a community where you feel safe, make friends and have a variety of activities and events to be involved with ~ lovely morning teas, lively happy hours, fun games, delightful company, an indoor heated swimming pool and spa, and exciting outings are all enjoyed at the Rosehill Gardens.
