Radius Windsor Court village, situated in Ohaupo in Rural Waikato comprises of 22 tastefully designed villas.

Radius Windsor Court provides a place that residents are proud to call their home. Set in lovely rural gardens overlooking Mount Pirongia, close to Hamilton and Te Awamutu and existing communities, our residents can easily retain their ties with their families, friends and community groups, and of course develop new friendships within the village.

Villas are fully modernised with heat pumps and new carpet. Gardens are maintained or you are welcome to create your own garden.

The staff at Radius Windsor Court are friendly and caring, and if you require a higher level of care in the future, Windsor Court can accommodate your needs.

Gardens Yes We have very extensive gardens here at Windsor Court. Our own two resident turtles reside in the pond. Lots of colour around with mass plantings of annuals through out the year.

If you intend to ‘purchase’ you must get independent legal advice before signing your occupation right agreement as required under The Act. Some Retirement Village type facilities are not required to register under The Act so different legal requirements apply. Please make sure you investigate fully.


In some villages there may be some Retirement Village units that have multiple uses e.g. a Serviced Apartment may also be used as a Residential Care Suite. The same unit may therefore show in several places on Eldernet.
