Located halfway between Te Awamutu and Hamilton in the rural settlement of Ōhaupō, Radius Windsor Court Lifestyle Village is rural retirement living at its best with a vibrant and friendly community.
Each fully refurbished villa has an open-plan living, indoor-outdoor flow, spacious double bedrooms, and a beautiful new kitchen. With several villa sizes, there is as much space or as little as you need. With only 22 Villas available, it's a small community to enjoy.
Relax and enjoy a retired life by catching up with friends in a nearby cafe or using the bus service to shop in Te Awamutu or Hamilton.

If you intend to ‘purchase’ you must get independent legal advice before signing your occupation right agreement as required under The Act. Some Retirement Village type facilities are not required to register under The Act so different legal requirements apply. Please make sure you investigate fully.
