MiLife Holdings Limited is a specialist company established with the specific purpose of developing, owning and operating retirement villages.

Our philosophy is to provide retirement villages which meet our clients needs specifically, that are affordable both in terms of the capital cost of entry as well as the cost of ongoing services.

We provide affordable high quality community facilities that residents value and use.

To achieve our goals we offer very affordable one and two bedroom homes in a superb village lifestyle environment to clients in their senior years.

MiLife values the principles of "Aging in Place".

MiLife Kelvin Grove is located on the corner of James Line and Brooklyn Heights Drive, Palmerston North within walking distance of the new Countdown. Currently 43 homes have been constructed including five, one bedroom homes. Upon completion the village will have 60 plus villas. We are under construction with our next stage of building and you can purchase from the plans.
