Right on the water's edge, Marina Cove offers independent retirement village living -and has great views over the Picton Marina.

Those who live here enjoy many social functions, including day trips in the village van.

Within the village, people make use of the community centre which includes a gym and library.

The weekly service fee covers items such as:

*Cleaning of communal areas
*Grounds maintenance and gardening
*Insurance on the building
*Power used in communal areas
*Repairs & maintenance (regular wear and tear)

Other services - these ones available on a user pays basis – are a daily main meal.

Marina Cove's self-contained, 2-bedroom apartments are warm and comfortable, and all units sold have a lovely unobstructed views. There are 19 facing the Marina that are sold as Occupation Right agreement when available and there are 13 units currently under rental agreement.
