I haven't got the worry of things changing around me.
The carers are so kind. I find the meals are interesting and varied.I love walking around looking at the gardens in the village and also, walking around the area.

Lindsay & Kath Stowell (Mother & Aunt resided in a Serviced Apartment & the resthome over a period of 10 years)
We have been impressed with the special team at Margaret Stoddart. We cannot speak highly enough of this boutique village. The ambience and atmoshpere of the whole complex reassured us Mum and Aunt were safe and being well cared for.
Many thanks for the comfort and tranquility provided for our family members in their golden years, which greatly added to the enrichment of their journey through life.

I have enjoyed eight happy years in my independent villa. With a recent health upset I spent time in the village rest home.
I experienced outstanding care from dedicated staff. Nursing at it's best.I have now returned to my villa and am filled with gratitude for all of these lovely woman in whatever capacity they served. Frances

NOTE: The Retirement Villages Act 2003 (The Act) is designed to provide improved protection for people who ‘buy’ into a retirement village. If you intend to ‘purchase’ you must get independent legal advice before signing your occupation right agreement as required under The Act. Some Retirement Village type facilities are not required to register under The Act so different legal requirements apply. Please make sure you investigate fully.

In some villages there may be some Retirement Village units that have multiple uses e.g. a Serviced Apartment may also be used as a Residential Care Suite. The same unit may therefore show in several places on Eldernet.
