Level 4 Restrictions - critical visitors only
A great example of Freemasonry at work in the local community, the Lupton Masonic Village offers 6 one-bedroom units with communal car port parking, along with 11 two bedroom units for Occupation Rights Agreement.

The two bedroom units have single garages with internal access. Set in the leafy and sought after Kensington suburb of Whangarei, this village has a lovely residential outlook across nicely maintained lawns and gardens.

Lupton Village offers independent living for those who enjoy the social aspect of village life. With a bus stop at the gate and activities such as bowling and croquet close by, this village is ideal for the active retiree. Masons and non-Masons are welcome at all of our villages.

There are also Masonic villages in Maunu Road in Whangarei, Dargaville and Wellsford. All of the villages offer independent living - there are no Village Management personnel on site.

NOTE: The Retirement Villages Act 2003 (The Act) is designed to provide improved protection for people who ‘buy’ into a retirement village. If you intend to ‘purchase’ you must get independent legal advice before signing your occupation right agreement as required under The Act. Some Retirement Village type facilities are not required to register under The Act so different legal requirements apply. Please make sure you investigate fully.

In some villages there may be some Retirement Village units that have multiple uses e.g. a Serviced Apartment may also be used as a Residential Care Suite. The same unit may therefore show in several places on Eldernet.
