Two-bedroom villas come in two sizes, 111m² and 131m², with a study nook and three layouts, with the soonest available 111m² villas priced from $739,000. Three-bedroom villas are available as 161m² or 185m²; both sizes include two bathrooms.

One of the standout features at Longridge Country Estate is our cost-effective embedded power network. By managing our own power supply, we purchase electricity in bulk and distribute it directly to each villa, reducing overall energy costs. This advanced infrastructure allows us to ensure that residents enjoy substantial savings, with average winter power bills for a two-bedroom villa at just $60 per month—a unique benefit passed directly to our residents.

Longridge Country Estate is designed with both a fun community spirit and privacy in mind. Residents enjoy regular get-togethers in our community facility, and a new community hub and recreation building will offer even more opportunities to socialise, featuring a café/bar dining area, library, pool tables, swimming and spa pool, and movie room. There will also be a communal outdoor area, complete with a ‘Men’s Shed’ workshop.
