Lady Wigram is a short walk from The Landing – the central retail hub of the Wigram Skies subdivision – and only a short drive from the city and all the facilities of the Hornby community, including The Hub shopping mall and the Hornby Working Men's Club. Close by suburbs include Lincoln, Tai Tapu, Addington and Westmorland.

The staff here are excellent they are all very caring and patient. It is like living in a resort as there are so many things to do. There is so much organised for us all, we can go to a different activity every day of the week, i.e. movies, day trips, swimming, spa, gym, bowls and many more.
We have a Cafe and Restaurant and our Chef Vanessa cooks us great food. We can take our friends and relations for lunch and morning and afternoon tea.
You can choose to do your own gardening or have the gardeners do it all for you, so you can spend your time enjoying the activities.
One of the better aspects of retirement life is the comradeship of fellow villagers and I have been lucky enough to have made numerous acquaintances and friends so you never need be lonely.
