The village offers two bedroom units for purchase under an Occupation Right Agreement.
There is a range of garaging at the village – with a communal garage, carports and some internal access garages in the mix – depending on the unit.
The village borders St Joseph School and Sacred Heart Parish.
The village is ideal for those who love getting out and about but who also want the peace of mind, space and security offered by a friendly and relaxed village environment.
Masons and non-Masons are very welcome – Masonic Villages are an example of Freemasonry at work in the local community.
There are also Masonic villages in Whangarei and Wellsford. All of the villages offer independent living - there are no Village Management personnel on site.
NOTE: The Retirement Villages Act 2003 (The Act) is designed to provide improved protection for people who ‘buy’ into a retirement village. If you intend to ‘purchase’ you must get independent legal advice before signing your occupation right agreement as required under The Act. Some Retirement Village type facilities are not required to register under The Act so different legal requirements apply. Please make sure you investigate fully.
In some villages there may be some Retirement Village units that have multiple uses e.g. a Serviced Apartment may also be used as a Residential Care Suite. The same unit may therefore show in several places on Eldernet.
