A prime position on Tauranga's waterfront

Watch panoramic sunrises and sunsets across the harbour all the way to the Kaimai Ranges from the comfort of your home at Bethlehem Shores. Each unique home has been tastefully designed with both privacy and entertaining in mind and residents have exclusive access to the largest retirement community clubhouse in New Zealand - unrivalled in terms of size and communal facilities on offer.

Living at Bethlehem Shores is like living in a five star resort! You can enjoy the latest movies in our stylish 50 seat theatre, take a spin across the chevron oak dance floor, unwind at the piano bar, enjoy a meal at our café, or curl up with a good book beside the schist stone fireplace in the library. Motorhome parking is also available for those who love road trips, and for home lovers, our new 20m x 8m heated swimming pool will soon be open, alongside a fully equipped gym and shower facilities, hairdresser, massage and manicure rooms.

Please phone to make an appointment 0800 777 686.

NOTE: The Retirement Villages Act 2003 (The Act) is designed to provide improved protection for people who ‘buy’ into a retirement village. If you intend to ‘purchase’ you must get independent legal advice before signing your occupation right agreement as required under The Act. Some Retirement Village type facilities are not required to register under The Act so different legal requirements apply. Please make sure you investigate fully.

In some villages there may be some Retirement Village units that have multiple uses e.g. a Serviced Apartment may also be used as a Residential Care Suite. The same unit may therefore show in several places on Eldernet.
