Architecturally designed two and three bedroom villas built to the highest standards, our homes have been purpose built to make life as easy as possible. Beautiful landscaping and spacious garden areas around all of our villas and apartments makes for a stunning environment. The majority of our residents live independent lives - but sometimes needs may change. Our Village team will work with you and your family to provide you with care and support in your home, or in our on-site Aspiring Enliven Care Centre.
We now have available architecturally designed 1,2 and 3 bedroom apartments which are connected to the Lifestyle Centre and offer the most luxurious retirement living in the district. These are available now, come and view our gorgeous show apartment.

Negotiate To Bring Own Pet Yes A small domestic animal is welcome to join you in your villa, provided it is an adult animal suitable for village life. Approval is at the discretion of the Village Manager and the pet and its owner must comply with our Pet Policy.
Outings Yes Each month our village team puts together an activities calendar reflecting the interests of our residents, combining events both in the Village and the wider Central Otago community. The choice is yours, to get involved as much or as little as you wish.
Transport Available Yes Transport can be arranged at your cost on request.
