About Arrowtown Lifestyle Village
Arrowtown Lifestyle Village is a vibrant retirement community set on McDonnell Road in the Queenstown Lakes District. The village is independently owned and operated by local families and experienced operators. When complete, the village will be home to approximately 100 villas, 30 premium townhouses, and residential aged care.
The expansive 1400m² Residents’ Lodge was completed in 2023 and is the social heart of the village. Architecturally designed to complement the stunning alpine location and celebrate the Arrowtown aesthetic, this building provides a range of social and quiet spaces, inside and out. Facilities provided at the Lodge include: private cinema, fireside lounge and dining spaces, Residents’ Club Bar, salon, fitness centre, indoor heated pool, spa and library. Why it’s considered a worthwhile investment.
NOTE: The Retirement Villages Act 2003 (The Act) is designed to provide improved protection for people who 'buy' into a retirement village. If you intend to 'purchase' you must get independent legal advice before signing your occupation right agreement as required under The Act. Some Retirement Village type facilities are not required to register under The Act so different legal requirements apply. Please make sure you investigate fully.
In some villages there may be some Retirement Village units that have multiple uses e.g. a Serviced Apartment may also be used as a Residential Care Suite. The same unit may therefore show in several places on Eldernet.
