Description
Alpine View, situated at 448 Prestons Road, Waitikiri in Christchurch, is a new generation retirement village.

At Alpine View we recognise that, ‘lifestyle is one of the most powerful medicines’. We create; places, spaces, facilities, homes, food, events and activities that we, ourselves, would want!

Alpine View offers a full continuum of care with a range of options including: independent houses, serviced houses, serviced apartments, and soon to include rest home and hospital level care (in our new state-of-the-art care facility, currently under construction). Burwood Hospital, Canterbury’s new state-of-the-art facility for the elderly is also just down the road.

Alpine View is a fully owned subsidiary of Qestral Corporation Limited, a developer of new generation retirement villages, with integrated care facilities.

Testimonials
"It's paradise here! We have all the luxuries but its not the buildings - it's the family spirit that sets us apart" - Phil

"Living here is the best decision I made after living alone for 40+ years. I now have company daily and the fitness programme keeps me fitter than I have ever been. If you want to have a healthy and happy life, then Alpine is the place to be. The family know i am safe, happy and cared for. Congratulations alpine on creating such a lively place to live. " - Helen

"I love having friends at the lodge for lunch - they can't believe it.. It's not what you expect!" - Baroona

NOTE: The Retirement Villages Act 2003 (The Act) is designed to provide improved protection for people who ‘buy’ into a retirement village. If you intend to ‘purchase’ you must get independent legal advice before signing your occupation right agreement as required under The Act. Some Retirement Village type facilities are not required to register under The Act so different legal requirements apply. Please make sure you investigate fully.

In some villages there may be some Retirement Village units that have multiple uses e.g. a Serviced Apartment may also be used as a Residential Care Suite. The same unit may therefore show in several places on Eldernet.
