What rental covers Rental of $380 per week for the new two bedroom Apartments covers the rent as in a regular tenancy. No extra charges are made by Little Company of Mary. The tenant pays all their own costs such as Electricity, Phone and the like. No weekly service charge. Gardens and grounds taken care of by Little Company of Mary as Landlord

Garden Maintenance Taken care of by Landlord, tenants can plant in planters provided or have pots on their terrace.
