We have 6 rental villas on site and 38 units in 4 different locations within the Carterton District, twenty of these adjacent to the rest home. Application forms are held at the rest home, enquiries are welcome.

What rental covers For the off site rentals - rent, insurance (contents insurance NOT covered), rates, water, villa maintenance, garden maintenance. different arrangements apply to the rentals on the Carter Court Rest Home site - information provided on enquiry.
Eligibility Criteria Must be 65 years plus or if special circumstances allow.
Garden Maintenance Grounds are maintained by staff, however it is the responsibility of tenants to look after the gardens in the immediate vicinity of their unit. Special arrangements can be made on an individual basis.
