About Madison - Village
Our well established Village is comprised of 18 independent villas, a mix of one and two bedroom villas set amongst well maintained grounds.
The two-bedroom villas are spacious, sunny, and modern with internal garage access with a surrounding garden which either we can maintain for you, or you may wish to continue to look after your own garden. The one-bedroom villas are also spacious, sunny, and fully modernised with a carport and a smaller garden area.
At some stage in our lives we may require move assistance in day to day living. Our wealth of experience in other stages of care means our team can advise you on your options and how it all works. We are here to help and assure you though the stages.
You may wish to join in our busy activities schedule which would see you socialising in a friendly community of likeminded people. Or you can relax and take things easy, living independently in your own home.

Residents Say It Best
”From being owners of our own home before coming to a ‘Right To Occupy’ situation, we wondered how we would cope. It took a few weeks to settle in, empty all the boxes and meet our fellow ‘Village People’. We are so glad that we chose Madison. We have found that if we need to alter anything, we seek approval for the changes to be made. Once approval has been granted help is soon available, and with a smile!”

Mythbusting - Retirement Villages are a rip-off
Why it’s considered a worthwhile investment.
NOTE: The Retirement Villages Act 2003 (The Act) is designed to provide improved protection for people who 'buy' into a retirement village. If you intend to 'purchase' you must get independent legal advice before signing your occupation right agreement as required under The Act. Some Retirement Village type facilities are not required to register under The Act so different legal requirements apply. Please make sure you investigate fully.
In some villages there may be some Retirement Village units that have multiple uses e.g. a Serviced Apartment may also be used as a Residential Care Suite. The same unit may therefore show in several places on Eldernet.
