Summerset on Summerhill is located north east of Palmerston North city. The village is elevated and overlooks a lush patchwork of superb Manawatu farmland. Backed by the Tararua Ranges it is built on a spacious level site and enjoys all day sun. The village is on an extensive spur with several leisure walkways adjacent, linking to the nearby Poutoa Reserve, Perrin Park and the beautiful Bledisloe Park.
This stunning established village offers a range of modern, high quality living options including villas, apartments and rooms in our Ministry of Health certified care centre. One of the benefits of living in a Summerset village is knowing that should your needs change, a range of care options are available. Our modern care centre offers rest home and hospital-level care within the village (subject to availability).
The village centre is the heart of Summerset at Summerhill and is home to a range of wonderful facilities including the village café, library, resident lounges and social spaces, hair and beauty salon, exercise room and pool table.
