Promisia is a New Zealand based care provider with a focus on providing quality personalised care. Our aim is to be the aged care provider of choice in our local communities, delivering quality care to our residents and peace of mind to their families and whānau.
Promisia Ranfurly Manor is located in the Manawatu community of Fielding near the town centre, close to cafes, shops and sporting facilities. We provide a range of living and care options including Resthome, Hospital, Dementia, YPD and Independent Living options where people are supported to live their lives in a safe and vibrant community. .
Our Independent Living Villas are ideal for individuals or couples looking to downsize, are still able to live relatively independently, but want the advantages and conveniences of having a care facility and help nearby.
Residents in these units purchase an Occupancy Rights Agreement. There is a monthly corporate maintenance fee which includes your lawns, gardens, and any maintenance work. Rates and Building Insurance paid by Promisia Ranfurly Manor.
Prices range from $360,000.00 to $485,000.00.

NOTE: The Retirement Villages Act 2003 (The Act) is designed to provide improved protection for people who ‘buy’ into a retirement village. If you intend to ‘purchase’ you must get independent legal advice before signing your occupation right agreement as required under The Act. Some Retirement Village type facilities are not required to register under The Act so different legal requirements apply. Please make sure you investigate fully.
In some villages there may be some Retirement Village units that have multiple uses e.g. a Serviced Apartment may also be used as a Residential Care Suite. The same unit may therefore show in several places on Eldernet.
