Marina Cove is a boutique retirement village, offering two-bedroom apartments for independent living.

With open views of the launching ramp and boat berths, there’s always something interesting to look at. You can watch the stingrays and seals swim by, and we’ve even had dolphins making a splash right out in front of the village!

Picton town centre is only a short stroll away and has everything you need, with a medical centre, supermarkets, shops, an RSA, a bowling club and a golf club, plus a return bus service daily to Blenheim.

In the nearby vicinity, there are numerous bush walks, beautiful beaches, wineries and all the extra luxuries that the Marlborough district and Marlborough Sounds has on offer.

Marina Cove boasts comfortable two-bedroom apartments with beautiful views of Picton Marina. With plenty of storage and a generous master bedroom, there’s room for all your favourite belongings. Each apartment comes with a garage at no extra cost, and a heat pump and double-glazing so you’ll be comfortable all winter long. All our apartments feature either a patio or balcony, so you can soak up the sunshine and truly make the most of your surroundings.

NOTE: The Retirement Villages Act 2003 (The Act) is designed to provide improved protection for people who ‘buy’ into a retirement village. If you intend to ‘purchase’ you must get independent legal advice before signing your occupation right agreement as required under The Act. Some Retirement Village type facilities are not required to register under The Act so different legal requirements apply. Please make sure you investigate fully.

In some villages there may be some Retirement Village units that have multiple uses e.g. a Serviced Apartment may also be used as a Residential Care Suite. The same unit may therefore show in several places on Eldernet.
