Huntleigh Apartments have been purpose-built to provide modern and secure retirement living. The one and two bedroom apartments are bright, light, warm, and just the right size. Each apartment boasts a sunny courtyard or balcony and spacious living areas.
The apartments include:
- an open plan living – lounge, dining and kitchen
- kitchen appliances – a hob, oven, dishwasher, range hood and fridge
- 24/7 swipe card access to the apartment complex
- a private courtyard or balcony(s)
- a heat pump/air conditioning
- quality curtains or blinds
- carpet and slip resistant vinyl flooring
- full insulation.
Enliven’s Huntleigh Apartments provide independent living, but with the security of knowing our friendly team is never far away if you need them. As a resident, you are, of course, free to do whatever you like, when you like. But you can be confident that our friendly team is on hand to offer the support and security you need.
One of the best things about a move to Huntleigh Apartments is you can focus on enjoying your retirement while we take care of the rest. We’ll look after the property maintenance and gardening; we even offer meals and housekeeping services.
If there comes a time that you or your spouse needs extra support, as a resident of an Enliven retirement village, you’ll be given preferential entry into Enliven’s rest homes. Neighbouring Huntleigh Home offers short and long term rest home and hospital care, health recovery and a day programme, making it a perfect option for couples who need different levels of support but want to remain close-by.
