We’re in the perfect location to enjoy the beauty of the local natural environment, but with everything you need close by. The township of Ruakaka offers cafés, restaurants, shops and supermarkets, as well as the bustling Whangarei being a thirty minute drive away.
Bream Bay Village offers a range of well-appointed two-bedroom villas, designed with ease of living and quality in mind. All of our villas are light and spacious, featuring modern kitchens and two full bathrooms. Villas feature quality fixtures and fittings including stone benchtops, Bosch appliances, ceramic tiles and chrome plated tapware.
With generously sized living areas, plenty of storage space, a carpeted single garage and a heat pump, you’ll be comfortable no matter the season. And our villas boast open plan living which extends to your very own outdoor living space, so you can make the most of those balmy summer afternoons.

NOTE: The Retirement Villages Act 2003 (The Act) is designed to provide improved protection for people who ‘buy’ into a retirement village. If you intend to ‘purchase’ you must get independent legal advice before signing your occupation right agreement as required under The Act. Some Retirement Village type facilities are not required to register under The Act so different legal requirements apply. Please make sure you investigate fully.
In some villages there may be some Retirement Village units that have multiple uses e.g. a Serviced Apartment may also be used as a Residential Care Suite. The same unit may therefore show in several places on Eldernet.
