"Staff are friendly, caring and helpful".

"The staff are wonderful and caring - our family are delighted to have our parent at Lansdowne Court".

"At Lansdowne Court our parent is in a very warm and family orientated environment". This is what drew us to choosing the place in the first instance - for its homely feel".

Just a short note thanking you again for all the great work you and your team at Lansdowne Court did looking after and caring for my father. It was a great comfort to me knowing his care was in the hands of the marvellous nurses and carers. I really appreciated the regular communications with Jenny and the nursing staff keeping me informed around his care and well being.
Can you please pass on to staff my heartfelt appreciation of all their great work.

I managed to fit in a short visit from 5.15 pm to 5.45 pm. She looked happy and well cared for, thanks to you and the staff at
Lansdowne Ultimate Care. Not an easy job and I appreciate it very much.

To all the staff of Lansdowne Court, We are so grateful to you all! You took care of dad so beautifully. We thank each and every person who cared for Dad over the last 2 1/2years and especially those who helped him in the last weeks of his decline. You are all wonderful.

Just a token to express my gratitude for the impeccable, professional and compassionate care provided for my mother whilst residing at Lansdowne Court. Mum was a true character and undoubtedly provided endless challenges and golden moments for the staff, regardless, I always felt that she was in the right place and was receiving the best care available from dedicated, if overworked staff.

Thank you so much for caring for our mum, we truly appreciated it
