Visitors as usual (but not if you're unwell or recently returned from overseas)
The resident is the most important person on our premises. They are not dependent on us we are dependent on them. They are not an interruption to our work they are the purpose of it. They are not an outsider in our business they are part of it. We are not doing them a favour by serving them - they are doing us a favour by giving us an opportunity to do so.
Mahatma Gandhi
Thank you all the staff at Potter Home for looking after our Dad during his stay with you. He said he enjoyed your help and was looked after very well.
Thanks once again Judy
