Description
At Chiswick Park, we are proud to offer personalised rest home, hospital, day care, and respite care. Our dedicated and experienced team are here to attend to both your everyday and urgent requirements. We believe in providing personable, compassionate, safe, respectful care, adding value to the quality of everyday living.

We know it is very important to offer choices and to really listen to what our residents and their families want. Recognising the individual needs of our residents and to promote a friendly and comfortable environment is an important part of our philosophy. Respecting the dignity, beliefs and culture of all helps us make each day the best it can be.

With magnificent grounds, a sunny aspect and light airy rooms, Chiswick Park has a warm, homely feeling. You'll often hear laughter as residents catch up over a cup of tea or share a favourite pastime. At the same time, individual privacy is respected by residents and staff alike.

Chiswick Park residents receive the assistance they need to be comfortable and content. The daily fee, which is set under our contract with the local health authority, covers a core care package. Other services are available on demand for an additional charge.

Testimonials
Testimonials
"Our Family would like to say a huge thanks to all the people who work so hard to provide such wonderful care and support for our mum. Mum has been with you for several years now and she is always happy and comfortable in your care. Your staff are always cheerful, they say hello when we arrive and we always see them treat mum with respect and dignity.

It is not an easy job to care for the elderly and we have the utmost admiration for the work you do for mum and the other residents of Chiswick Park.

Thanks for everything you do hope that 2018 is wonderful and rewarding for everyone at Chiswick Park."
- John (Son of Chiswick Park Resident)
