• Any ambulance charges resulting from the use of a Freedom Medical Alarm are included free of charge as part of our service
• We install a keysafe at your home which enables quick access for paramedics in an emergency
• Connection to specialist community health services via HealthCare NZ.
• Our medical alarms are monitored 24/7 by the Central Emergency Ambulance Communications Centre

| We (Freedom Medical Alarms) pride ourselves on the “Circle of care” having access to other services for our current and future clients through Healthcare NZ as our point of difference. We have Government Work and Income Accreditation and would be happy to work with clients should they require assistance in this area. |
