We cover nearly all areas of law, so whether you're going through a separation or starting a new relationship, whether you want to make a will or a power of attorney, whether you're buying or selling property, managing, creating, or winding up a trust, structuring your assets, going through a family or civil dispute, or concerned about entering residential care or residential care subsidies, we'll be happy to help you out. We also provide fixed-fee services for wills, enduring powers of attorney, and the sale and purchase of property, as well as no-obligation consultation to see if we are the right fit for you. We offer services relating to: - Wills and Enduring powers of attorney; - Selling or buying property; - Entering a retirement village, rest home or residential care; - Applying for property and welfare guardianship and renewal; - Asset structuring; - Trust management, trust creation, winding up trusts; - Dissolution of marriages; and - Administering estates, either directly or by advising you as an executor, or assisting you with an application for administration of an intestate estate. We offer executor and trustee services for clients who need them, and advice on who to appoint for those who don't. We are a friendly, down-to-earth and approachable team.
