Given the current COVID-19 environment we have temporarily disabled our ‘feedback’ feature. We apologise for any inconvenience.

Tucked away in the coastal community of Waipu, Northland, is Ultimate Care Ranburn. Only 40 minutes from Whangarei, we offer a rural lifestyle whilst still being close to the town centre. We have one-, two and three-bedroom independent living units within spacious grounds. With a homely feel, the units are sunny and bright.

Should your care needs change we also offer a range of other services such as rest home, hospital level and secure dementia. We have lots of space and large communal lounge areas, as well as a library.

Visitors often comment on the sense of community at Ranburn and how beautiful the setting is. We’re also lucky to have a number of wonderful beaches close by.

“There’s a real sense of community here. We’re located in a beautiful setting and there are numerous beaches in the area. We tailor activity programmes for our residents and welcome anyone who wants to join in, whilst also respecting our residents’ privacy."
