Given the current COVID-19 environment we have temporarily disabled our ‘feedback’ feature. We apologise for any inconvenience.

Our vision for Radius is to deliver “good old fashioned Kiwi values and standards” back into the aged care sector and this is a commitment shared by our strong nationwide network of 19 facilities. Each of these facilities share a responsibility to provide the best levels of professional nursing care, which is delivered by our staff to over 1400 residents.
So when the time comes to choose a care facility for yourself or a loved one, call any one of our managers to talk about your circumstances or just drop in for a chat. They will be more than happy to answer any questions you have, and will show you around any one of our facilities.
Tucked behind native and exotic trees, Radius Peppertree is located just minutes from the centre of Palmerston North on Roberts Line, Kelvin Grove. While close to all the main traffic routes, Radius Peppertree provides a peaceful environment away from the hustle and bustle of city life.

Testimonials
December 2016: To the Gorgeous Staff at Peppertree, nurses, caregivers and kitchen staff. Dear all, thank you so much for your care of mum. The kindness and gentleness you displayed made me so glad we had chosen Peppertree as her home. Thank you so much too for being so welcoming and supportive of my friend and I as we tried to support Mum during her last days. Thanks you for so generously ensuring we had plenty to eat and drink. Thank you for shifting that chair so I could be close to mum. Thank you to the staff who comforted me when I cried. Thank you to those who took the time to sit and talk with me. Thank you to the Carer who came to check on us even though she was working on the hospital side. Thank you to all the staff who came and told us they were going home. Thank you for these and many acts of kindness that made us feel cared about. My friend and I were with mum for over two days and we commented later that in that time we had never heard any of the staff be impatient with a resident or with each other. This is very much to your credit. I am sad that mum did not get to spend more time at Peppertree but your care has helped me to feel more peaceful about her dying. She was a very lovely woman and I am very blessed that she was my mother. Your kindness to her is appreciated and will be remembered. Warm regards December 2016: To Jill, thank you, Susan and Wayne for the painting and the lovely Christmas decorations you all have put a lot of effort into it, and the lovely Christmas party. Hope 2017 is happy and healthy. January 2017: To Jill and all the staff who helped make mums 101st birthday a great day. She said that she felt like a Queen that day and it is thanks to you all for making her feel special. Thank you again from mums family February 2017: To all the absolutely wonderful nurses, caregivers, cleaners and all other staff who looked after our dad, from the time he arrived at Peppertree, to the time he sadly passed. In the last couple of weeks we were lucky enough to see first hand just how "caring and supportive" you all are. we also want to thank you for looking after us as well, though such a difficult time, making sure we had something to eat and drink at all times. Dave's family April 2017: To all staff at Peppertree who cared for our mum and gran. Thank you all very much for your kindness, care and patience to our mother and gran. We appreciate all you have done for her. It very soon became her home thanks to many showing her kindness in many ways. With grateful thanks, from the family |
