Description
Hospice care is designed to help anyone diagnosed with a terminal illness to make the most of the time they have left - to enjoy a better quality of life - and to ensure when the time comes, they are able to die peacefully and with dignity.
We offer care, comfort and support to patients and their families - both in their own homes and at our In Patient Unit. The In Patient Unit is a short stay facility where patients may be admitted for pain or symptom management, end of life or respite care.
We never lose sight of the person behind the illness - we care for a person's physical, emotional, spiritual and social needs, if the patient desires it. Our team of counselors, social worker and spiritual coordinator also support family and loved ones - before, during and after death.
