We’re a family owned company founded in 2002, and we’ve established a reputation for quality and excellence in providing professional in-home care. We provide all levels of care from companionship care and assistance with personal cares and home help, through to dementia care, palliative care and post op care.

People are at the heart of what we do. We believe in providing the best in-home care for elderly, convalescing, palliative and post-operative clients throughout Auckland. Our homecare services allow our clients to stay and enjoy the comfort of their own home, remaining as independent as possible. Our professional team of nurturing, compassionate caregivers offer assistance with personal home care and household tasks such as showering, toileting, cooking meals, shopping, and doctors or hospital visits. Our caregiving services include palliative care.

From 24 hour care, seven days a week, to just a few one-off hours, we offer tailored homecare packages that can be modified to suit the changing needs of our clients.

Through regular communication with all clients and their families, the Kate McLean Homecare team nurture a supportive relationship between caregiver, client and agency. We ensure our clients receive the best possible care and families are kept up-to-date with any developments.

The first stage for any new client is for Aimee to meet the client and their families for an obligation free consultation. This ensures our client’s enjoy the best possible care from the outset and we can begin to build the close client/Caregiver/agency relationships we pride ourselves on.

We believe strongly in the value of continuity of care. By matching our Caregivers to the individual client and ensuring they work with that client as often as possible it naturally builds strong and trusting relationships.
