Service Description
| Our services are free to those eligible for government funded support. We also provide private funded services. - Aged Care (Personal Care, Home Help, Companionship, Dementia Care, Palliative Care, and more) - Child Care, Care for Medically Fragile Children - Clinical Psychology Services and Professional Rehabilitation - Community Nursing Services - Disability Support including Rehabilitation, Employment and Residential - Flexible Disability Support Services: Individualised Funding, Enabling Good Lives, Living My Life - Health Staffing (Temporary Staffing, Permanent Recruitment) and Healthcare Training - Injury Support (including Spinal & Brain Injury Care), Post-Surgical & Post Accident Care - Respite Care/Carer Support - Support to Manage Illness (Short Term or Chronic Long Term Support) How do I access this service: ACC : A Medical Professional can send a letter of recommendation to ACC on behalf of client to access service. MoH/Te Whatu Ora/Health NZ: Referrals need to be made directly to the NASC Services through your GP who will arrange the needs assessment for the client.
