We ask because we genuinely care.
We believe that better home care, elder care and support services start with actively listening to you, to understand your needs.
From help at home for daily living, to supporting complex needs, you can rely on us for compassionate and professional support, care and clinical services. New Zealanders have been trusting in us to support them for more than 100 years. Today, we lend a hand to more than 40,000 people nationwide.
Your support can start as soon as you need it. We are a national company with a local team in your area, and one of the few organisations which provides government funded and privately paid for home care.
Funded support is arranged following a Needs Assessment by your local NASC service. Depending on eligibility, services can be government funded or privately arranged, or a combination of both. Access can help you navigate the funding process, and, as your needs change, help you access the funding that may be available.

Service Description
| Our skilled team of nurses, support workers and clinicians provide a range of services, including: Home Support Services Personal care (Showering, washing, dressing, toileting) Household assistance Meal preparation Medication checks Welfare checks Nursing services (wound care, vaccinations) Injury support Rehabilitation – including physiotherapy and occupational therapy Carer Relief/Respite care End of life care Palliative care We are one of the few organisations who can offer funded care (usually starting with a NASC assessment) and private care. We can seamlessly combine services that areboth government funded and privately paid-for. |
