Available in selected regions – including Whangarei, Auckland, Waikato, Tauranga, Christchurch, and Dunedin – our free pick-up service ensures your generous donations are collected right from your doorstep. Our dedicated Op Shop trucks are equipped to handle the logistics, saving you and your family the time and effort of moving bulky items – especially if you don’t have access to a van or trailer. If you're unsure about a specific item, our friendly team is just a phone call away. We're here to help make the donation process smooth and stress-free. Our team operates Wednesday to Friday only. • AUCKLAND: We offer pick-up services extending as far north as the Hibiscus Coast, as far west as Kumeu, as far east as Beachlands, and as far south as Pukekohe. Our South/East Auckland team operates Monday to Saturday, and our Central//West/North team operates Tuesday to Saturday. • WAIKATO: We offer pick-up services across Central Hamilton, Morrinsville, Cambridge and Te Awamutu. Our team operates Monday to Friday only. • TAURANGA: We offer pick-up services to most Tauranga city areas, Mt Maunganui and Papamoa Beach. Our dedicated team member operates Thursday each week, but can sometimes consider other days of the week depending on volunteer support. • CHRISTCHURCH: We offer pick-up services across all of Christchurch, including Kaiapoi, Rangiora and Amberley. Our team operates Monday to Saturday only. • DUNEDIN: We offer pick-up services across all of Dunedin, including Mosgiel, Waitati and the Peninsula. Our team operates Tuesday to Saturday only. |
