The Evergreen Club is a friendly and vibrant Community Activity Programme for older persons (aged 65 and over) who still live at home and are seeking additional support in improving and maintaining their everyday life, health, and wellbeing.
The programme includes a hot lunch, morning and afternoon teas, gentle exercise, fun games, and other engaging social activities. Our caring team of well-trained and experienced staff keep the programme interesting and fun for members whilst fully monitoring their individual health, cognitive, and dietary needs.
We operate Monday to Friday, 10am - 2.30pm, 48 weeks of the year. Membership is FREE via referral from a GP (we can assist with this). We would love you to join us!

I would highly recommend this club to any elderly person who is eligible. It is certainly a club where you are made to feel welcome and homely as well as enjoying the company of others. And until recently she was going twice a week, being picked up by the club's van. Unfortunately at this moment she is in hospital and unlikely to be going home to her own house again. The time and effort that these ladies put into making sure that everyone was welcomed and participated in the activities that they could take part in ,was so heartwarming. Mum always came away feeling so happy and she really enjoyed her days out. Even during all those lockdowns we had, this club never forgot their members. They did home visits with a meal and lots of goodies as well, plus gave their members the personal contact with the little chats that many of them where missing out on. It was something that Mum looked forward too, also not knowing what dress up costumes they would arrive in. It made Mum smile and certainly made her lonely day a very happy one. Without this wonderful club many of their members would not be able to be involved in such comradeship. Thanks to everyone involved in the Evergreen Club for looking after my Mum. Meeting the needs of older people
| Delta is a well-established and respected provider of services for the elderly. We understand the challenges they face, and their feelings of loneliness due to isolation. Each of our 85 members has been assessed by their Doctor as someone who would greatly benefit from social interaction, mental stimulation and physical exercise. Here at Delta's Evergreen Club they find a caring community where they can enjoy meaningful social interactions, interesting activities, gentle exercises, and healthy, delicious lunches.
