The Cromwell Resource Centre Trust is comprised of 5 volunteer trustees and staffed by 2 job share co-ordinators. The building is owned by the Central Otago District Council. The trust is grateful to NZ Lotteries, COGS, CODC, Central Lakes Trust and Pub Charity for their continued support of our facility.

The co-ordinators offer a wide range of information and facilitation to individuals and community groups.

Many services are conducted via the Cromwell Resource Centre (CRC) and as part of the government “ Heartland Initiative” the CRC has regular contact with government departments and holds many forms for these; e.g. Passport, immigration, IRD, W+I- and many others – please ask.

We also produce the community directory, which has contact information for various support groups, sporting organisations as well as cultural and recreational groups. You can view this on our website: cromwellresource.co.nz

Our co-ordinators welcome your enquiries and will endeavour to provide as much assistance as possible, whilst encouraging clients to solve their own problems.

In addition to the above services, the Coordinators, whilst not providing an employment service, maintain a job board with vacancies clipped from local newspapers offering employment in the Cromwell Central Otago region.
Clients are assisted to solve their problems themselves and we offer help with CV writing, job applications, form filling, reports etc.
The Centre provides access to computers for internet and document scanning, word processing, telephone, fax and photocopier generating a small income which helps to cover the cost of these services.

We update our Cromwell Community Directory annually and this is available free to residents and others who are interested.
