Description
Description
We offer a range of services tailored to the specific needs of each family affected by dementia.

Our Living Well With Dementia programme encourages people with dementia to remain active and involved in their communities, through identifying what activities each client enjoys and determining the support needed to keep (or start) doing those activities.

We also support the family of a person with dementia, particularly the main care partner, who takes on an often increasingly difficult role in caring for a family member with dementia. We offer tailored advice, education, support groups, and access to other services including respite care.
