| Archer Village has been serving this community for 50-years. It has a strong Christian flavour, but warmly welcomes anyone to join their family.
Our motto 'living life...loving life' is able our desire that everyone who joins our Archer family won't just 'live their life' here, but are enjoying themselves so much that they really 'love tehir life' at Archer. We are a little bit different with the Special Events we run like going jet boating...wagon trekking with devonshire teas...overnight trips recently to Hanmer Springs and the West Coast...day trips to Akaroa...coffee club...a variety of activities to meet a variety of interests. |

NOTE: The Retirement Villages Act 2003 (hereafter referred to as The Act) is designed to provide improved protection for people who buy into a retirement village. If you intend to purchase you must get independent legal advice before signing your occupation right agreement as required under The Act. Some Retirement Villages are not required to register under The Act so different legal requirements apply. Please do your homework.
In some villages there may be some units that have multiple uses e.g. a Serviced Apartment may also be used as a Residential Care Suite. The same unit may therefore show in several places on Eldernet.
