Our philosophy is to provide a safe, warm,intimate family atmosphere where our focus is on the individual needs of each studio unit occupier. We treat all studio unit occupiers as if they were members of our own family and this is reflected in our home, surroundings and staff employed.

| Service charge details: Food, electricity, water supply, rubbish collection, Systems maintenance, ground maintenance, rates, insurance (not personal contents), once a week cleaning, , full fire protection, on call 24 hour medical assistance, 24 hour monitored emergency call system, indoor and out door emergency/security lighting, costs of operating and maintaining the complex which includes Statutory supervision, Administration and Management charges and Audit costs; A daily activities programme, a fortnightly Church service and a fortnightly bus trip (bus trip free but excludes any entry fee if charged).
