| Enliven restorative home support is about a partnership with the client, and working towards a specific goal, determined by the client to keep them in control of their own destiny.
The service includes practical day-to-day needs, emotional support and client encouragement. |

| One of our health professionals develops a personal program to help a client achieve their goals. A key support worker then helps deliver the program, which is individually tailored to the client's needs.
There is no fixed list of services. Our staff work with clients to develop a service package based on their changing needs and what is important to them. We want to make sure that the service we offer is what our clients need in order to stay as independent as they want to be, and feel great about it. |
