A residential care provider who accepts a booking for a date in the future will hold this for you.
This booking is not confirmed until you receive notification from the facility.
PLEASE NOTE:
- To receive subsidised care you must have a letter of approval.
- If you do not have a letter of approval you can pay privately.
- Bookings can only be made through Eldernet for the DHB regions that are coloured on the map on the next page.
