Tararu Retirement Village encourages independent living in a warm, supportive, caring environment. Relax in the elegant village community centre, use the library or play indoor bowls and enjoy coffee mornings and regular outings. Set in beautiful grounds, there is also a communal outdoor living area with a barbecue.

It is approximately 1 1/2 hours from Auckland, Hamilton and Tauranga. All homes at Tararu Village are built north facing with every consideration given to privacy. Some homes have excellent views out onto the Hauraki Gulf and across the Firth of Thames. If you intend to ‘purchase’ you must get independent legal advice before signing your occupation right agreement as required under The Act. Some Retirement Village type facilities are not required to register under The Act so different legal requirements apply. Please make sure you investigate fully.
