This style of villa was the first to go in Stage One, so we do encourage you to act quickly if you would like to secure a Nevis villa in Stage 2.

The Nevis Villa is our most affordable option, with 104m² of floor area in a duplex configuration. This villa has open plan living, with two full sized bedrooms, one dual access ensuite, separate laundry, and a single garage. All the modern conveniences you would expect are included in this villa.

We have four Nevis style villas in stage 2, and two are already under option. Truly affordable retirement living in the Queenstown Lakes District.

All our homes are finished to a very high standard with varying specifications to suit the conditions unique to the Arrowtown climate and the expectations of our discerning future residents.
