The centre piece of life at Silverstream is the Lifestyle Pavilion where residents can meet and socialise in the large, well appointed, lounge. Here you will also find the hair salon, heated lap pool, spa pool and gym. At Silverstream your calendar will fill up with the regular outings, bus trips and a full activities programme. This is organised by the Village Manager and her staff. With regular bus trips, you can enjoy visiting shows, excursions to local cafes and restaurants, parks and special places of interest both in and around Christchurch and other exciting venues. There are also in-house activities at the Lifestyle Pavilion, some of which are which are organised by the resident’s social committee and include social get togethers like the weekly Thursday Happy Hour.
