It is waterfront property, close to coastal reserves and not far from the city of Tauranga.
Village facilities include a bowling green, pool table, table tennis, a dart board, sky TV, a well-stocked library, computers with internet service and our popular Divine Café.
Our village offers a range of stunning villas and townhouses for independent living.
For singles and couples who wish to remain independent but may need extra support, we can provide support and care up to rest home and hospital-level in our spacious serviced apartments as well (subject to availability).

Special Features
| Summerset by the Sea is located at the end of Park Road, Katikati. We are right on the water front with extensive and expansive views to Matakana Island, closely located to parks and reserves. We also have lovely views to the hills that surround the area. Summerset by the Sea is a very quiet Village as Park Road is a no exit road. |
